Blackpool C of E Primary School, Liverton: My summer of storytelling began with a bang… well, a splash! It was a pleasure to return this enthusiastic school and deliver workshops on memory and beaches, to serve as a finale to the reception classes’ learning about the seaside. The Tide was the perfect story and starting point for our sand clay session.

‘A Really Rude Event’ at Totnes Library
Today’s ‘really rude’ event at Totnes Library was overwhelmingly wonderful!
Friends and smiley book lovers came out in force to celebrate the forthcoming publication of How Rude! and helped to teach Duck, who had been making silly faces at members of the public and leaving books on the floor(!), some manners!
